Joëlle’s testimony
We are extremely happy to be able to collaborate with the fabulous @veryjoelle. Joëlle's eco-responsible values and ours are very similar and that is why we wanted to collaborate together. Here is his testimony:
Fittingly, for me, it’s the perfect balance between simplicity and efficiency. Each ingredient is carefully chosen and performs a real function for the skin. It’s a no-frills philosophy which, however, is not exercised to the detriment of a hyper-sensory experience, both in terms of smells and textures.
Having temperamental skin (combination and sensitive), I really like the fact that there is a range for each skin type. This makes research easier while avoiding a good dose of trial and error. These different categories, which meet various needs, also demonstrate skin expertise. The insecure person in me, very protective of her skin, says to herself “it’s okay, I’m in good hands”.
Obviously, the whole eco-responsible aspect also resonates with me a lot, whether it's glass bottles, zero waste accessories or organic ingredients. These days, there are SO MANY beauty brands—it's no longer enough to make a good cream, the company's values also have to be aligned with ours. Because ultimately, the impact of these products goes much further than the radiance of our skin or our crow's feet.
THE NEW BODY CREAMS
I love their texture, creamy but fluid at the same time. This allows for optimal absorption without having to scrub our skin for an hour! They also leave a super beautiful satin effect on the skin, a super luminous glow without being oily. My other favorite aspect: their smells! They are incredible. At the moment, since it's still winter, I really have a weakness for the one with the tree. Like, she REALLY smells like pine! It's cool because my boyfriend also likes the smell, so we both have hydrated skin that smells good. Otherwise, this summer, I might opt for the one with rosemary and lavender. It’s invigorating and calming at the same time—the perfect mix!
