Orders for products available in the warehouse are processed within 24 to 72 hours. In general, three additional business days are required for deliveries throughout Quebec. We also offer an international delivery service, however, we cannot certify the exact time frame in which the package will be delivered. For more details on prices by sector, see the section below:

Shipping cost

From $90 of purchase, delivery is free everywhere in Canada (except for remote areas which are difficult to serve by land) *.

For the province of Quebec:

• Province of Quebec, local delivery for $12 with standard delivery - Purolator
• Xpresspost (Canada Post) is available for all regions of Quebec and the price will be calculated based on your postal code.
• Christmas Box and Discovery Box free delivery/included.

For the rest of Canada:

• For certain regions in the rest of Canada, Canada Post is available for $12.
• Otherwise, depending on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on location.

For the United States:

• Based on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on location.

For international shipping:

• Based on the postal code, the system generates a rate based on location.

Estimated delivery times:

Depending on the choice of delivery method and your region, the time may vary. Seasonality can also impact lead time.
Here are some estimates depending on the carrier during normal times:

- Delivery to Montreal: 3 working days
- Canada Post: 2-7 business days
- International: to be validated by the carrier

Idoine Cosmétiques Inc. is a company where eco-responsibility is at the heart of our values. In order to avoid energy consumption and reduce our carbon footprint, we do not take back any products. However, we offer the opportunity to try the products as samples*, at low cost, so that you can ensure that the products are right for you.
