At the start of the appropriate adventure, which began almost 10 years ago, I wanted to create a range of organic, ethical, high-quality cosmetics at the most affordable price possible. I have always chosen the ingredients with care and rigor and I have maintained consistency in quality despite the sometimes high prices. I have often been suggested to choose lower grades to save on costs, but I have never given in to that. Today, after several years of constant growth, I can say that you, the appropriate customers, can recognize and appreciate this superior quality and I am delighted!
Creating new recipes and ingredient choices has always been my favorite activity in the project. Over the past year, we haven't released many new products. Effective, local recipe creation takes a lot of time, research and investment. I have always considered myself suitable as my baby, but since August 2022 I have become a real mother. So I had to divide my time between the two and prioritize certain, more essential aspects of the company. That said, now that my little boy is older, research and development of new products is ongoing. We therefore plan to release several new products in 2024 and hope that you will like them as much as we do.
Another aspect that has always been at the heart of my concerns is sustainable development related to our activities. We chose glass containers to preserve our recipes and for their durability. This is why we implemented a deposit system for our glass bottles a few years ago through partner stores that distribute our products. The containers were stored at our offices while we found a solution to put them back into circulation. So we started cleaning and sterilizing them internally to be able to keep the project alive. Being a small company, we had to find a partnership to make the project official. This year, we are extremely proud to have finally found a school in the Granby region, CFER Val des Cerfs, to clean our bottles and then buy them back. This project is part of a youth employment training program and is now helping to create a sector of activity that is very useful to our planet. I am therefore taking advantage of this end of 2023 to thank you for trusting us and helping us to make ourselves known through your ever-increasing voice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to live this dream and to be able to flourish in my professional and family life.
