Spoon-shaped gua sha • 4-in-1 tool
12cm, 40g

Gua sha massage is formidable against the signs of laziness in the face! This traditional Chinese technique consists of massaging the skin with a smooth instrument - in this case a Bian stone - in order to stimulate circulation and evacuate toxins. The origin of gua sha goes back several centuries and represents one of the pillars of oriental medicine. Ancient texts mention sharp stone objects to treat aches and pains by acupressure. These stone needles, precursors of acupuncture, were generally made with the bian shi stone also known as bian stone or stone needle. Idoine therefore offers you a 4-in-1 tool as versatile as it is effective: the gua sha spoon made of Bian stone. The round end of the spoon is used to massage the face and apply the mask, the other end is designed to perform pressure points. The design of the spoon also allows you to mix the clay and water and above all to recover the entire contents of the pot. We have thought of everything!

Gua sha massage with Bian stone
The therapeutic gua sha massage gives immediate anti-aging results, a luminous complexion, lifted, sculpted skin, full of vitality. By massaging your face, you activate blood circulation and promote the evacuation or natural drainage of toxins stored under the layers of the skin. The elasticity of the skin improves and the appearance of wrinkles, bags and dark circles is reduced. Where the use of Bian stone takes on its full meaning lies in its mechanical and chemical properties. When used for massage, Bian stone emits ultrasounds that activate blood circulation, thus helping to regenerate tissues and unclog problem areas. Between meditation and beauty treatment, a gua sha massage is also an effective zen moment against stress and stiffness in the neck, jaw and face.

How To Use

"

The Gua Sha spoon massage is done on clean skin, ideally after a Manicouagan clay mask. Day or night, here are the 3 steps of our routine:

  1. Relax by breathing deeply (through the nose is better!)
  2. Put a drop of Moringa or Rosehip oil on the spoon
  3. Massage your neck and face (see video here)

Don't forget to drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated.
