As part of the “Digital Skills for Young People” Program, coordinated by communautique, Idoine is looking for a position to fill.
Idoine is a Montreal company manufacturing care products
organic, vegan based on moringa oil and therapeutic essential oils. Our mission is to offer high-performance, natural and ethical cosmetic products while reducing our ecological footprint.

Role and responsibilities:
Reporting to the President, the coordinator is responsible for the
coordination of tasks related to marketing and communications. The person also ensures the management of web platforms and ongoing optimization. She completes her tasks by monitoring customer emails, after-sales service and supervising trainees for inventory management.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the tracking of internet customer orders and after-sales service
(email and telephone)
● Manage product inventory and ensure supply
● Organize and manage marketing tasks relating to online platforms
● Support and supervise the work of interns who carry out tasks

● Continuously improve and optimize procedures affecting marketing and
communications
● Participate in the creation of written and visual content for marketing actions
● Manage warehouse receipts/shipments as well as purchases
● Carry out any other tasks requested by the president and falling within her
skill
Professional skills sought:
● BAC in marketing or other related discipline
● Organizational skills and great autonomy
● Relational skills and team spirit
● Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while respecting deadlines
● Good writing and communication skills
● Rigor and precision
● Initiative and good judgment
● Bilingualism required (French and English)
● Strong customer service skills
● Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite software and others

The intern must meet the eligibility criteria below:
● Be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of the internship
● Have completed post-secondary studies
● Have the legal right to work in Canada
● Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a person to whom the
refugee status was granted in Canada
● Not receiving Employment Insurance (EI) benefits during the internship
● Self-assess as underemployed, i.e. unemployed,
employed below their education level or holds a full-time job

● Have not already completed an internship as part of the digital skills program for young people.
Internship conditions:
Number of hours per week: 30 hours
Duration: 12 weeks
Salary: $20/hour
